Job: Apartment Make-Ready Technician
Job description: The Seasonal Make-Ready Technician is responsible for the painting and/or required resurfacing of all vacant unit turns, completion of paint-related service requests, and painting projects as assigned by the Service Manager or Community Manager.
Compensation: $18.00 per hour (based on education and experience)
