The LPN collaborates with physicians and RNs to implement patient care plans and monitor condition changes. Key duties include performing specialized procedures, checking vital signs, and teaching self-care techniques to patients and caregivers.
Candidates must have at least one year of clinical LPN experience and a current state LPN license. Additional requirements include CPR certification, a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and liability insurance.
Verify plan of care with the RN prior to each visit.
