The Team Member is responsible for delivering a legendary customer experience by greeting customers, recommending products, and processing sales. Additional duties include maintaining store merchandise, performing janitorial tasks, and caring for poultry.
No prior experience is required, though retail or agricultural knowledge is strongly preferred. Candidates must be able to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds and operating store equipment.
The Team Member is responsible for interacting with customers and team members, supporting selling initiatives and performing assigned tasks, while delivering a Legendary Customer Experience.

Experience: No experience required. Retail experience and/or farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is strongly preferred.
Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, but not required. Regardless of education level, Team Members must be able to read, write and count accurately.
