We're looking for experienced Senior Project Managers to lead the delivery of complex, enterprise-scale technology programmes that transform how organisations operate. You'll orchestrate initiatives spanning data platforms, AI and GenAI solutions, ERP implementations, digital platforms, communications engineering, and public-sector transformation—projects that genuinely matter.

This isn't just about managing timelines and budgets—it's about leading cross-functional teams through complexity, building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, and ensuring every programme delivers meaningful business outcomes on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.

What You'll Be Doing

Programme Planning & Delivery

• Plan and deliver end-to-end enterprise technology programmes across data, AI, GenAI, ERP, digital platforms, communications engineering, and public-sector transformation initiatives
• Lead full lifecycle delivery from initiation through implementation and transition to operations
• Define delivery roadmaps, milestones, and success metrics aligned to business and client outcomes
• Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets while identifying and mitigating risks proactively
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to manage dependencies and ensure cohesive execution

Governance & Control

• Manage end-to-end programme delivery, including governance, scope, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, issues, quality, and change control
• Establish and run governance processes, steering committees, and reporting frameworks
• Monitor project performance against key metrics and KPIs, implementing corrective actions to maintain schedule and budget adherence
• Manage project scope, changes, and conflicts with a focus on maintaining project integrity and stakeholder satisfaction
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle
• Drive risk management, issue resolution, and quality assurance across all phases

Stakeholder & Client Management

• Work closely with business, technical, and delivery teams to ensure solutions are implemented according to agreed objectives, timelines, and standards
• Coordinate with clients, partners, and cross-functional teams to drive delivery alignment, resolve dependencies, and support effective decision-making
• Serve as the primary delivery contact, ensuring transparent communication and alignment
• Provide executive stakeholder reporting on programme progress, risks, issues, financials, and key milestones through implementation and transition to operations
• Present progress, risks, and outcomes to senior stakeholders, including C-level executives
• Build trusted client relationships to ensure satisfaction, successful delivery, and long-term engagement
• Manage stakeholder communications and expectations across all project phases, providing regular status updates and strategic recommendations

Financial & Resource Management

• Monitor project financial health, manage forecasts, and resolve cost or schedule overruns
• Oversee project budgets, resource utilization, and financial health of programs
• Forecast and plan resource requirements for ongoing and upcoming projects
• Track billing, revenue forecasts, and project P&L performance

Team Leadership & Operational Excellence

• Direct cross-functional teams, delegate responsibilities effectively, and foster a collaborative environment that promotes accountability and excellence
• Mentor and develop junior project managers and team members, fostering professional growth and building organizational capability
• Ensure consistent use of delivery methodologies, frameworks, and best practices across teams
• Guide teams using both Agile and Waterfall approaches where appropriate
• Identify process improvements and implement best practices in project management methodologies and tools

Documentation & Reporting

• Prepare project status updates, meeting materials, delivery reports, and management presentations
• Prepare and present executive-level reports, dashboards, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation including plans, schedules, risk registers, and lessons learned

Experience & Expertise

• Minimum 8–10 years of progressive project management experience, with at least 3–5 years in a lead or senior management capacity
• Demonstrated expertise in managing complex, multi-million dollar projects with cross-functional teams
• Experience in project or programme delivery, including governance, scope management, scheduling, budget tracking, and delivery coordination
• Proven track record in assuming overall responsibility and managing large-scale projects in key client industries
• For senior roles, experience in multi-stream programme delivery, financial management, resource planning, and executive stakeholder reporting is essential
• Experience managing projects in consulting or system integration environments
• Public sector delivery experience is a strong advantage

Technical & Domain Knowledge

• Strong understanding of project delivery methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall, Scrum, PRINCE2, or hybrid delivery models
• Proven ability to manage risks, issues, dependencies, change requests, and quality control throughout the project lifecycle
• Experience coordinating with business teams, technical teams, partners, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure delivery alignment
• Familiarity with enterprise technology domains such as:
  • Data platforms, analytics, and AI/ML initiatives
  • GenAI and Agentic AI solutions
  • ERP implementations (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
  • Digital platforms and cloud solutions (Azure, AWS, GCP)
  • Communications engineering and network infrastructure
  • Cybersecurity and infrastructure projects
  • Public-sector transformation programmes

Project Management Skills

• Advanced proficiency in budget management, resource planning, and cost control
• Strong risk management and mitigation capabilities with experience identifying and resolving project challenges
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with ability to influence at all organizational levels
• Proficiency with project management software and tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Asana, Monday.com, or equivalent platforms
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with exceptional attention to detail
• Strategic thinking and business acumen with ability to align projects to organizational goals

Leadership & Communication

• Demonstrated leadership capability with experience building and motivating high-performing teams
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities
• Strong experience in stakeholder engagement, including C-suite communications
• Skilled in project financial management, budgeting, and cost control
• Able to operate under tight deadlines and shifting priorities
• Strong planning, documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to prepare project status updates, meeting materials, delivery reports, and management presentations

Certifications

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification strongly preferred
• PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum (CSM, CSPO, PSM), or equivalent certifications advantageous
• Change management expertise and experience leading organizational transformation initiatives preferred
