Lead and oversee Testing, Adjusting, and Balancing (TAB) projects from planning through execution while managing a team of technicians. Ensure HVAC systems meet design specifications and code requirements through advanced testing and field adjustments.
Requires extensive experience in commercial HVAC TAB and the ability to obtain NEBB Certified Professional certification within one year. Must possess strong leadership skills and the physical ability to work in construction environments, including lifting up to 50 pounds.

TAB Foreman: This is Where You Come InWe're looking to hire two TAB Foremen to join our growing Testing, Adjusting, and Balancing (TAB) team:
As a TAB Foreman, you'll lead dedicated TAB projects from planning through execution while overseeing a team of TAB technicians. You'll be responsible for delivering high-quality results, maintaining project budgets and schedules, ensuring safety, and fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
This role requires a strong technical foundation, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for mentoring others. You'll play a key role in developing technicians, solving complex HVAC system challenges, and ensuring every project meets MacDonald-Miller's quality standards.
