The RN Manager is responsible for the 24-hour management of residents and staff across two long-term care units. Key duties include mentoring staff, validating care processes, and providing leadership within a non-profit healthcare environment.
Candidates must have a Washington RN license, BLS certification, and 5 years of nursing leadership experience. Additionally, 2 years of experience in a long-term care setting, including end-of-life care, is required.

Your experience, knowledge, and wisdom will help align with our mission of exemplary resident care. As an RN Nurse Manager you are part of our leadership team at The Mount. This is an outstanding opportunity to work for a nonprofit organization that prioritizes adequate staffing and exemplary patient care—not just the bottom line.
You are part of the leadership team and will have responsibility, authority, and 24-hour accountability for the management of our residents/patients and all employee assigned to your units. You will be mentoring, teaching, and following up with staff to validate care processes that are being followed. We have great staffing and have designed this position so that you do not participate in admissions or care conferences.
