The Clinic RN provides comprehensive nursing care in an ambulatory setting, facilitating care coordination through assessment, planning, and implementation. They work collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure quality patient outcomes via direct, telephonic, and electronic encounters.
Candidates must be graduates of an accredited nursing school with at least 18 months of professional nursing experience. A Washington Registered Nurse License and American Heart Association BLS certification are required upon hire.

This position facilitates care coordination by using the nursing process to assess, identify, plan, implement, and evaluate all aspects of care and teaching needs via direct and telephonic/telehealth or electronic encounters. This role works in collaboration with other members of the health care team. The Clinic RN maintains compliance with professional nursing standards and regulatory requirements and supports clinicians in delivering quality health care to patients.
