Requires a degree or certificate from an accredited respiratory therapy program and a valid RCP license. BLS and ACLS certifications are required, while RRT credentials and over one year of experience are preferred.

For those who need special care, we offer an eight-bed ICU and two negative pressure rooms. We are located just outside of downtown San Diego, less than two miles north of the San Diego Zoo.
Job Summary
Responsible for administering safe and competent respiratory care as ordered per physician, monitoring mechanical ventilation, administering medications, patient assessment, understanding ramifications of hemodynamic monitoring, understanding blood work results, monitoring, teaching, and training.
