The Strategic Account Manager will lead and grow a portfolio of national security customers by serving as the primary liaison and trusted advisor. They will drive strategic opportunity capture, manage proposal development, and orchestrate internal teams to deliver mission-critical technology solutions.
Candidates must possess an active Top Secret security clearance and a minimum of 20 years of relevant experience in cybersecurity, national security, or engineering. A bachelor's or graduate degree is required, along with a proven track record of working with the Department of War or the Intelligence Community.
STR seeks a Strategic Account Manager (SAM) to lead and grow a portfolio supporting key national security customers focused on transition and fielding of mission critical capabilities. This individual will serve as the primary interface between our organization and senior government stakeholders, ensuring our advanced technology offerings are aligned with evolving national security needs.
The SAM will shape strategic opportunities, drive customer engagement, steer capture and proposal efforts, and orchestrate high‑performing internal teams to deliver impactful solutions to some of the nation’s most complex challenges spanning operational cyber and intelligence communities.
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $264,000 - $330,000
The salary range listed is based on external market data. Offers are based on factors, such as but not limited to, the candidate’s experience, education, training, key skills/critical skills, security clearances, and prevailing market and business conditions.
