Manage and provide skilled occupational therapy to patients with diverse diagnoses and disabilities. Focus on achieving maximum patient independence based on individual functional levels and special physical or age-related needs.
Requires a degree (Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD) from an accredited Occupational Therapy program. Must possess an Oregon Occupational Therapist License and BLS certification from the American Heart Association upon hire.
Manages and provides skilled occupational therapy to patients/clients with a wide variety of diagnoses and disabilities, taking into account individual patient's special physical or age-related needs. Requires skills in patient/client evaluation and treatment, as well as professional consultations to achieve maximum patient/client independence in accordance with individual's functional level and potential.
