Description
NAYA Family Center is seeking a compassionate, organized, and community-centered Resident Services Coordinator to join our Housing and Stabilization Services team. This role supports residents living in affordable housing communities by helping them access resources, strengthen community connections, and maintain long-term housing stability. As a Resident Services Coordinator, you'll build meaningful relationships with residents, meet people where they are, and connect youth, families, and Elders to services that support their goals and well-being. You'll spend time in affordable housing communities throughout Portland, partnering with property management, community organizations, and NAYA programs to create welcoming, culturally responsive spaces where residents can thrive.
NAYA offers an exceptional benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) with up to 6% match, 16 paid holidays, and sick and vacation accrual that increases with tenure. This is a full-time position with general working hours of 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Some schedule flexibility is available with supervisor approval, and occasional evenings and weekends may be required. This position is primarily community-based and works on-site at affordable housing properties throughout the Portland area.
