CRMG is looking for an Affordable Leasing Agent with amazing attention to detail and exceptional customer service for the lease-up, 63-unit apartment community of Woodland Hearth Apartments. Amenities at this apartment community include playgrounds, community gardens, and a village market.
The Affordable Leasing Agent will be responsible for facilitating the apartment leasing process, conducting property tours, processing resident applications, responding to resident questions and concerns in a professional and timely manner, completing weekly or monthly reports on leasing activity and occupancy, and supporting community-building efforts and help foster a safe, inclusive environment.

Additional Compensation: A monthly $25.00 cell phone stipend and mileage reimbursement.
What we’ll do for you as an Affordable Leasing Agent (Employee Benefits):
The Affordable Leasing Agent is eligible for benefits first of the month following 30 days of employment.

Requirements
What you will bring as an Affordable Leasing Agent
One (1) year of previous customer service experience (required).
Basic experience with MS365 including Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel.
Effectively deal with a diverse population in a professional, constructive and productive manner.
Able to prioritize and coordinate details of multiple projects or tasks.
Basic math skills such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and percentages.
Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, self-motivated, and high energy.
Awareness and ability to adhere to all landlord/tenant laws, State and Federal Labor Laws, Fair Housing, and safety protocols.
High School degree or equivalent.
