The Speech-Language Pathologist will evaluate residents and create personalized treatment plans to address communication, cognition, and swallowing needs. They will also collaborate with nursing and therapy teams to provide patient-centered care and track progress toward meaningful outcomes.
Candidates must hold a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology and possess a current state license in Oregon. A valid CPR certification is required, and experience in a skilled nursing or rehabilitation setting is preferred.

We’re looking for a compassionate and motivated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team! In this role, you’ll work with residents in a skilled nursing setting to support speech, communication, cognition, and swallowing needs.
You’ll play an important role in helping residents regain independence, improve their quality of life, and feel confident in their daily interactions. We’re looking for someone who enjoys providing meaningful, patient-centered care while being part of a supportive and collaborative team.
