The Line Chef is responsible for preparing and cooking menu items for volume dining while maintaining food quality and safety standards. They must also manage kitchen supplies, maintain a clean work environment, and provide exceptional service to clients.
Candidates must have at least three years of culinary experience, preferably in high-volume operations, and possess a current food-handlers permit. A valid Oregon driver's license with a clean driving record and the ability to pass a criminal background check are also required.
