The Store Manager is responsible for the overall operation, profitability, and staff management of the store, ensuring high standards of customer service and operational efficiency. They oversee daily tasks, inventory, scheduling, and staff development while maintaining compliance with safety and company policies.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and 1-2 years of management experience in grocery or retail. Proficiency in MS Office, the ability to obtain food safety and forklift certifications, and strong organizational skills are required.
