We’re looking for a compassionate and motivated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team! In this role, you’ll work with residents in a skilled nursing setting to support speech, communication, cognition, and swallowing needs.
You’ll play an important role in helping residents regain independence, improve their quality of life, and feel confident in their daily interactions. We’re looking for someone who enjoys providing meaningful, patient-centered care while being part of a supportive and collaborative team.
What You’ll Do
Evaluate residents and create personalized treatment plans
Provide hands-on therapy focused on communication, cognition, and swallowing
Track progress and adjust care plans to support meaningful outcomes
Educate residents, families, and caregivers on exercises and strategies
Complete documentation in a timely and accurate manner
Collaborate closely with nursing and therapy teams to provide well-rounded care
Create a supportive and encouraging environment for your patients every day

Requirements
Education
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
Licenses/Certification
Current Speech-Language Pathology license in the state of Oregon required
Valid CPR certification required
Experience
Experience in a skilled nursing, long-term care, or rehabilitation setting preferred
Experience evaluating and treating speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders preferred
Experience working with geriatric populations highly valued
