Candidates must have at least 2 years of Service Manager experience in a garden-style property and possess knowledge of general property repairs. A CPO certification for pool maintenance is required, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong communication skills.

The Service Manager (Maintenance) is responsible for performing and overseeing the day-to-day maintenance operations of the assigned property to ensure that the overall physical aspects of the property meet the Company’s established standards and any applicable laws.

The expected compensation range for this position is $31.00 – $33.00, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.
