The Principal Product Manager will lead enterprise-wide analytics services by creating a vision, building consensus, and driving teams toward results. This role involves managing bottlenecks, providing escalation management, and balancing business needs against technical and resource constraints.
Candidates must have a bachelor's degree and at least 8 years of progressively increasing management experience in data, analytics, or product design. A master's degree and 5 years of experience with healthcare data and analytics tools like SQL, Tableau, or Power BI are preferred.

This role is both enterprise in nature and startup in mindset. This role works in a fast paced, evolving environment, have with constant demands for better services. It requires strong problem resolution, decision making, communication and partnering skills. This role requires someone to be both a leader and teacher a coach as we continue to advance to cutting edge, innovative mindset, and skill-set to the organization. It requires a leader that thrives through creating a vision, building consensus, and driving teams towards results. You will anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, anticipate, and make trade-offs, and balance the business needs versus resource and technical constraints.
