The Account Manager is responsible for managing a book of small-to-medium global accounts, including renewals, upselling, and cross-selling products. They provide consultative support to clients, resolve escalated service issues, and maintain accurate documentation in sales information systems.
Candidates must have at least 2 years of account management or client-facing sales experience, preferably with a bachelor's degree. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and the ability to obtain a Health and Life Insurance license are required.
The Account Manager in Global Health Benefits will be responsible for managing a book of business within our small-to-medium group segment for existing global accounts. This consists of managing renewals for the block of business, adding/selling additional business to existing accounts, and converting accounts to a higher level of products/services. As owner of this block of business, there is a responsibility to manage client relationships, while providing consultative and proactive solutions, supporting their global needs. Role is Incentive Compensation (IC) eligible.
This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an incentive compensation plan.
