Job Summary
As a Systems Engineer we are the first in line to work on brand new devices from Silicon Designers before they get into the hands of customers. The devices that SiTime Canada works on are in the timing and high speed signal disciplines, being adopted by wireless communications devices, data centers, and automotive infotainment. This job is for engineers that really want to get into the heart of how things work and understand what it takes for an ASIC to function as part of a larger system. Working closely with design and marketing to understand how a device functions and whether it meets specifications set out by our customers. If you have the skills and desire to work on analog and digital embedded systems, debug and root cause issues as they arise, and build your skills towards a rewarding career in systems engineering then this job is for you. The annual base salary range for this role is CAD 96,190.00 - CAD 132,270.00. The final offer is determined by factors such as location, experience, education and training.
In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for a quarterly bonus tied to the achievement of innovation goals—reflecting our commitment to recognizing meaningful impact. We also offer equity grants, providing a meaningful opportunity to share in the company’s future growth and success.
