The Utility Cook assists in food preparation according to recipes and maintains the cleanliness of the kitchen, dishware, and restaurant facilities. They are also responsible for operating the dish machine and ensuring all sanitation and safety standards are met.
Candidates must have 1-2 years of experience in a similar position and be at least 18 years old. A Food Handlers Certification is required, along with the ability to perform physical tasks like lifting up to 50 lbs.

This role also includes maintaining the cleanliness of dishware, glassware, and silverware efficiently, following Hawkers procedures. This position is also responsible for the cleanliness of the entire restaurant and its perimeters, including the restrooms while maintaining the Hawkers Asian Street Food standards.
