Promote UBC outpatient programs by educating patients on the value of continued treatment and encouraging participation in PHP and IOP services.
Identify opportunities to increase step-down referrals and outpatient program participation.
Develop rapport with patients to improve engagement and reduce refusal rates for recommended levels of care.
Support patient satisfaction initiatives by encouraging patients who have had positive treatment experiences to share feedback through online reviews and surveys.
