Key Responsibilities (What You Are Doing)
Launch and manage paid social campaigns using self-serve advertising platforms, including Meta Ads Manager.
Optimize campaign performance by analyzing results, identifying trends, and implementing data-driven improvements.
Develop compelling ad copy, select creative assets, and support testing of new creative approaches and ad formats.
Monitor campaign budgets, pacing, and key performance metrics to maximize efficiency and results.
Collaborate with the Performance Marketing team to share insights and refine campaign strategies.
Partner with Affiliate Partnerships and Programmatic Yield teams to support cross-functional marketing initiatives.
Provide audience insights and performance feedback to editorial teams to help inform content and engagement strategies.
Stay current on paid social best practices, platform updates, and emerging industry trends while maintaining high standards of organization and quality.
Qualifications (What We’re Looking For)
1+ years of experience in paid social, digital marketing, performance marketing, or a related field.
Experience launching and optimizing paid social campaigns, preferably using Meta Ads Manager or similar advertising platforms.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and translate insights into action.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets, including working with large datasets.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
Experience in commerce, digital media, or social buying is a plus.
A creative mindset with an interest in audience engagement, testing, and continuous optimization.
Hybrid role based in New York, NY, with an in-office requirement of 4 days per week.
The hourly rate for this temporary role is $55.00 per hour. This position is not eligible for bonus or commission compensation. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, qualifications, and location.
