The Senior Project Manager oversees all phases of construction projects, including planning, organizing, and directing staff and subcontractors. They are responsible for managing project schedules, budgets, and client relationships to ensure high-quality installations and business growth.
Candidates must have at least 5 years of experience as a Project Manager or Superintendent within the HVAC industry. Proficiency in MS Office, ERP software, and completion of the OSHA 30 course are required.

Job Summary:
The Sr. Project Manager of Construction will provide management oversight for all phases the Construction Projects they are assigned. This person will plan, organize, and direct Donnelly employees and its sub-contractors during all installations. They will identify areas of needs for the clients they support and look to sell Donnelly services to ensure an enriched customer experiences while increasing Donnelly’s business.
