Manage and develop a team by setting priorities, goals, and expectations, and supporting team performance and development.
Provide leadership to the early career hiring team and build on strategy in alignment with stakeholders and team.
Responsible for operational excellence.
Partner with business leaders, hiring managers, and people partners to understand hiring needs, confirm role requirements, and support hiring decisions.
Oversee early career sourcing strategy, event planning, interview design, assessment, and offer management.
Leverage recruitment platform and build on relationships with universities and early talent communities.
Implement structured and inclusive hiring processes that support quality, efficiency, and consistency.
Use data and insights to track performance (e.g., pipeline health, conversion rates, time to fill, acceptance rates, candidate experience) and identify opportunities for improvement.
Support a positive candidate experience and help ensure recruiting interactions reflect our culture and values.
Contribute to broader talent acquisition priorities by sharing best practices and partnering across the recruiting organization.
Operate effectively at both the strategic and execution levels—able to set direction while remaining hands-on with day-to-day delivery during peak periods
Focus on building strategy, including candidate and stakeholder engagement, and integration with the broader Talent Acquisition organization.
This role will partner closely with the Early Career Hub for operational excellence and Early Career Program team.

What makes you stand out:

Experience working in a matrixed and collaborative environment, that is agile and can adapt.
Experience shaping Early Career hiring strategy, with a focus on stakeholder experience.
Ability to use recruiting data to inform decisions and recommendations.
