• 5 to 15 Years of experience in VFD / Drives Industry
• Analyse and interpret customer specifications to clearly understand project requirements and technical expectations.
• Develop and deliver technical solutions in compliance with contractual requirements and project specifications.
• Collaborate closely with internal engineering teams to develop schematics, General Arrangement Drawings (GADs), and other project deliverables.
• Respond to customer technical queries promptly and drive effective resolution of technical issues.
• Lead technical discussions and presentations during customer meetings and design reviews.
• Ensure timely submission of high-quality engineering documents in accordance with customer requirements and project schedules.
• Provide technical mentoring, guidance, and support to team members in solution development and problem-solving activities.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, project management, manufacturing, and quality, to ensure successful project execution and delivery in line with contractual commitments.

Experience

• 5 to 15 years of experience in drives industry.
• Experience with medium-voltage or low-voltage drives is preferred.
