Requires an MBA and preferably a degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering with 5-8 years of experience in business development within the water treatment or desalination sector. Must possess strong strategic thinking, communication skills, and a deep understanding of desalination technologies.

Identifying potential leads and prospects and converting them into viable business opportunities across diverse customer segments in West India
· Discover expansion possibilities by collaborating closely with the Desalination team, conducting market research, engaging with customers, and forming strategic partnerships.
· Lead B2B sales of Desalination solutions in West India.
· Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscape to adjust business development and sales strategies accordingly.
· Develop compelling business proposals for customers to facilitate their purchase decisions of the product.
· Create innovative business models for operations and sales strategies customized for each potential use case segment.
· Lead technical and commercial analysis of market needs and opportunities.
· Establish and nurture strong relationships with key customers, partners, and internal teams to enhance business performance.
· Essential: MBA from a reputed Institute
· Desirable: B.E. / B.Tech Chemical / Mechanical Engineering
· 5-8 years of experience and track record in business development, preferably in water treatment, desalination, or a related industrial sector.
· Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and market analysis skills.
· Good understanding of desalination technologies, sustainability considerations, and customer requirements for water systems.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder management.
· Strong in written and spoken English
· Excellent presentation skills and good knowledge of MS Office
· Ability to join at short notice.
