Elle est également responsable des communications liées au programme, selon les besoins. Enfin, le gestionnaire de programme supervise et encadre l’équipe de coordonnateurs de cas affectée aux programmes sous sa responsabilité.
Dans le cadre de ses fonctions, la personne retenue devra collaborer directement avec les différents services, équipes, fonctions de soutien et parties prenantes d’IQVIA situés partout au Canada et à l’échelle mondiale. Responsible for program management including set up, implementation, and monitoring of client-specific patient support programs. Communication with program stakeholders to create timelines and outline deliverables. Responsible to ensure operations run smoothly and troubleshoot any issues to find a resolution. Responsible for program communications as required by the program. The Program Manager will also manage and oversee the caseworker team for assigned programs.
