El asociado de delicatessen es responsable de aumentar la confianza y la lealtad del cliente al proporcionar un servicio cortés y rápido, condiciones de operación consistentes y un ambiente amigable.
Proporcionar atención continua a las necesidades del cliente;
Saludar, asistir y agradecer a los clientes de manera rápida, cortés y amable. -
Ofrecer sugerencias de productos cuando sea apropiado. -
Almacenar y rotar los productos del departamento para garantizar la frescura y el control de fechas;
Reabastezca y use los artículos de suministro de manera eficiente para eliminar el desperdicio y mantener el costo de suministro más bajo. -
Operar el equipo y las herramientas del departamento. -
Mantener el área de trabajo limpia, ordenada y libre de riesgos de seguridad;
Reporte el equipo defectuoso y los peligros a la gerencia. -
Notificar a la gerencia sobre el robo de miembros del equipo, hurto en tiendas de clientes, rebajas no autorizadas, desfiguración de la propiedad o cualquier acción que sea ilegal y/o contraria a la política de la empresa. -

Debe tener 18 años de edad. -
Capacidad para leer, escribir y hablar inglés con fluidez. -
