Lead the custom framing team to drive revenue through outstanding customer service and expert product knowledge. Manage the complete cycle of design center orders from initial consultation to final pickup while ensuring a safe and orderly environment.
Requires a high school diploma and technical proficiency with POS framing software, computerized mat cutters, and wide format printing. Candidates must be able to lift 50 pounds and work a flexible retail schedule including weekends and holidays.

The Custom Framing Lead is responsible for driving revenue by providing our customers with outstanding customer service, helpful product knowledge, and building individual customer relationships. From the initial design session with the customer, to the pickup of the finished order, the Framing Lead is responsible for the complete cycle of a Design Center order while maintaining a clean, safe and orderly environment in accordance with company policies and procedures.
