The Project Controller manages P&L and cost forecasting for mega-projects with contract values often exceeding $1 billion. They are responsible for owner billing, financial reporting to operations management, and mentoring project accounting staff.
A Bachelor's degree in Accounting and 3-5 years of construction accounting experience are required. Proficiency in CMiC or other ERP systems and strong communication skills for interacting with subcontractors and management are preferred.
