Full job description
Description
We are seeking a professional and detail-oriented Senior Client Services Specialist, Family Office to join our Family Office division. In this role, you will support ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) client relationships by delivering accurate, timely, and high-touch operational service in partnership with advisors and senior team members. The Senior Client Services Specialist, Family Office plays a critical role in supporting complex client structures, alternative investments, custodial service requests, client onboarding, reporting workflows, billing and ongoing account maintenance. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong attention to detail, professionalism in client communications, and the ability to support multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Why Aldrich Wealth
Aldrich Wealth is a dynamic, fast-growing, and established independent registered investment advisor (RIA) at the forefront of the industry. As an RIA that provides a broad array of financial services to high net worth individuals and corporate retirement plans, we have been recognized by Oregon Business Magazine and San Diego Business Journal as Best Places to Work in both our Oregon and California regions and manage approximately $7 billion in assets.
Our holistic approach, paired with high-touch service, weaves together financial planning, wealth-building, wealth-preservation, and life goals. We guide our clients through today's financial complexities to protect and grow their financial assets for tomorrow.
Manage the day-to-day servicing of Family Office client accounts, including new account opening, account maintenance, complex account administration, and custodial requests for accounts held at Charles Schwab.
Coordinate new client onboarding, including account setup, regulatory disclosures, CRM and portfolio system administration, and document management.
Execute client transactions, including wires, ACHs, journals, transfers, tax payments, and other service requests with accuracy and urgency.
Support alternative investment operations, including subscription documents, capital calls, distributions, KYC documentation, and reporting.
Partner closely with advisors and cross-functional teams—including trading, compliance, tax, and reporting—to deliver an exceptional client experience.
Build strong relationships with clients, custodians, and internal partners while contributing to workflow improvements, team knowledge-sharing, and cross-functional support.
Requirements
What You Bring to the Team
Required:
5+ years of client service, operations, or relationship support experience in wealth management, preferably within an RIA.
Experience supporting high-net-worth or ultra-high-net-worth clients and partnering closely with advisors.
Experience working with RIA custodians, preferably Charles Schwab, including account opening, maintenance, service requests, forms navigation, document handling, and custodial workflows.
Strong working knowledge of account registrations, including trusts, IRAs, foundations, donor-advised funds, and entity accounts.
Strong working knowledge of investment products, including stocks, bonds, mutual funds, managed accounts, and alternative investments.
Experience supporting alternative investment operations, including subscription documents, capital calls, distributions, KYC documentation, and reporting.
Experience using CRM and portfolio management systems to manage client accounts, workflows, and reporting.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office core applications.
Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
Experience with Charles Schwab Advisor Center.
Family Office experience supporting trusts, foundations, entities, or multi-generational households.
Experience with Salentica Engage, Salesforce, Redtail, Microsoft Dynamics, Tamarac, Addepar, iCapital, CAIS, Canoe, or similar platforms.
