The Director of Pricing leads commercial pricing, deal structuring, and contract negotiation support for Capital Markets solutions. They are responsible for setting portfolio pricing strategy, driving governance, and partnering with cross-functional teams to optimize win rates and revenue quality.
Candidates must have 10+ years of experience in pricing, deal strategy, or commercial finance, preferably within fintech or financial services. A bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field is required, along with strong analytical skills and executive presence.
FIS is seeking a strategic and analytically driven Pricing Strategy Director to support the Capital Markets business. This role will lead pricing strategy development across Capital Markets products and platforms, partnering closely with Product, Sales, Finance, and Executive Leadership to optimize revenue growth, market competitiveness, and client value realization.
The ideal candidate combines strong commercial acumen, quantitative analysis skills, and experience within Capital Markets, financial technology, or market infrastructure environments. This individual will play a key role in defining pricing methodologies, optimizing product packaging, and developing data-driven pricing strategies across trading, post-trade, securities processing, risk management, market data, and related Capital Markets solutions.
In addition, this role will lead and develop a team of pricing analysts, providing coaching, prioritization, and oversight.
