The store associate is responsible for daily store operations, including food service, customer assistance, and maintaining a clean, well-stocked environment. They must also handle payments, operate store equipment, and ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.
Candidates must be of legal age to sell alcohol and tobacco, possess basic math and communication skills, and be able to perform physical tasks like lifting up to 50 pounds. A flexible schedule including weekends and holidays is required, along with the successful completion of a background check and drug screening.

JOB SUMMARY:
The Store Associate supports the current and future goals within our Stores by adhering to all procedures and programs outlined in the Operations Division of GATE; they will participate in the daily operations of the store including food service as an entire entity. The Stores Associate will actively learn, participate, train on all current and future programs, continually monitoring the progress, and ensure all employees are upholding GATE standards.
