The Benefits Advisor is responsible for onboarding and enrolling members into individual health and ancillary insurance plans. They serve as the primary subject matter expert to educate customers on available benefits and how they function.
Candidates should have a health insurance license or the ability to obtain one, with a bachelor's degree and industry experience preferred. Strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to work extended hours during Q4 are required.

We are looking for a highly driven, team-oriented self-starter to help us grow one of our core product offerings, PeopleKeep! As a Benefits Advisor, you will play an integral role in onboarding and enrolling both new and existing PeopleKeep members. For new members, you are the gateway to an individual's experience with PeopleKeep in the pursuit of major medical and ancillary options. For new and existing members, you are the primary subject matter expert in health benefits. You are also key in helping members understand what benefits are available to them, how PeopleKeep fits into their benefits, and how their benefits actually work.
This is an in-office position in downtown Indianapolis four days/week, with work from home Fridays.
