Requires a high school diploma and strong organizational skills with the ability to work in a controlled environment. Preferred experience includes laboratory work with biological safety cabinets and cleanroom or cell therapy industry experience.

This position supports Ossium Health’s Clinical Production group by performing tasks related to the preparation of human tissue products for clinical use. The role involves executing production activities according to standard operating procedures (SOPs) within an ISO 7 cleanroom environment. The Tissue Product Operator performs processes in compliance with regulatory and quality standards, demonstrating strong aseptic technique, attention to detail, and effective communication with peers and management.
A pre-employment physical examination is required for this position. This examination will be conducted after a conditional offer of employment has been extended and will evaluate the candidate's ability to safely perform the essential functions listed above.
