The Med Tech provides quality care and assistance with activities of daily living for residents while administering prescribed medications. Responsibilities include documenting medication on EMAR/MAR, performing housekeeping duties, and reporting resident status to nursing staff.
Candidates must have a High School Diploma or GED, a completed Medication Aide Course, and current CNA and Med Tech licenses. CPR/First Aid certification is required or must be obtained within 60 days of hire.
