The Unit Manager is responsible for supervising the delivery of nursing care to residents and developing individualized care plans. They also oversee the performance of Licensed Practical Nurses and Care Specialists to ensure high-quality, outcome-focused care.
Candidates must hold a current Registered Nurse (RN) license and CPR certification. Recent clinical experience or specialty skills in geriatrics are required for this position.
