Manage the Dietary Department's operations, including staffing, food preparation, and delivery in accordance with facility policies and patient care plans. Oversee menu planning, budget adherence, and the maintenance of high quality and safety standards in food service.
Requires a high school diploma and a Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) certification or the ability to obtain one within a year. Candidates must have at least one year of food service experience in healthcare or similar institutional settings.
