Our Story
We get it—you’re in the middle of a job search, and most companies are starting to sound the same. Here’s the good news: we’re different.
At 94-years old and counting, we’ve built our success on delivering exceptional service to our customers. But the momentum starts internally—with how we treat and support each other. As a 100% employee-owned company, we thrive in a culture of cooperation and collaboration. Instead of a “not my job” mindset, we embrace a “how can I help?” approach. Because at the end of the day, when the company succeeds, we all succeed.
And by the way, SUPERIOR is a leading provider of industrial chemicals, composite products, and related services. At our core, our success is driven by a commitment to developing flexible, innovative solutions for our customers.

Handle cleaning chemicals and supplies safely, including proper labeling, storage, use, and disposal in accordance with company procedures.
Respond promptly to cleanup needs and facility-related requests to help maintain a safe and orderly work environment.
Maintain cleaning supply inventories and notify management when supplies need to be replenished; coordinate with approved vendors as directed.
Perform basic building and facility upkeep tasks as assigned, such as changing light bulbs, tightening fixtures, and reporting maintenance concerns.
Inspect assigned areas for cleanliness, safety hazards, damaged equipment, or needed repairs and report concerns to management.
Ensure safety signs, floor markings, spill stations, and related facility safety equipment are in place and function as intended.
Support light building, grounds, parking lot, and outdoor property cleanup, including basic landscaping-related duties as assigned.
Coordinate with approved vendor partners, such as landscaping or facility service providers, as directed by management.
Support other departments with facility-related tasks when necessary.
Operate a forklift or other powered industrial equipment only when properly trained, certified, and authorized by the Company.
Follow all company safety rules, wear required personal protective equipment, and maintain work areas in a clean, organized, and safe condition.
Qualifications:
