As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves analyzing various application components to understand their structure and functionality. The role includes designing solutions tailored to client requirements, writing and testing code to ensure quality and performance, and performing ongoing maintenance and enhancements to existing software. Collaboration with different teams and managing multiple client projects simultaneously are integral parts of the daily workflow, ensuring that software solutions meet evolving business needs effectively and efficiently.

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and resolve technical challenges within projects to maintain smooth progress.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to align development activities with business objectives and project timelines.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Object Management Workbench Development.
- Strong knowledge of application lifecycle management including design, coding, testing, and deployment.
- Experience in troubleshooting and debugging complex software issues within enterprise environments.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams to integrate software components and ensure seamless functionality.
- Familiarity with software maintenance practices and enhancement techniques to improve system performance.
- Skilled in documenting technical specifications and maintaining clear communication within development teams.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Object Management Workbench Development.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
