The Customer Service Representative assists customers with U-Haul products and services while managing rentals and inventory using smartphone-based technology. Responsibilities also include inspecting and maintaining equipment, moving and hooking up trucks and trailers, and performing tasks like hitch installation and propane filling.
Candidates must possess a valid driver’s license with a good driving record and a high school diploma or equivalent. The role requires the physical ability to move equipment weighing at least 50 lbs and the willingness to work in an environment involving moving machinery and chemicals.

As well as assisting customers, using up-to-date technology to dispatch and return equipment. This position offers on-the-job education.

The work involves moderate risks or discomforts which require special safety precautions, e.g., working around moving parts or machines, fumes or irritant chemicals. May be required to use protective clothing or gear such as masks, goggles, gloves or shields.
The work requires some physical exertion such as long periods of remaining stationary, moving around indoors and outdoors, positioning oneself to reach objects at varying heights and moving equipment weighing a minimum of 50 lbs. assisted or unassisted.
