The Key Educator is responsible for managing day-to-day store operations, driving sales, and coaching staff to ensure an exceptional customer experience. They must also maintain operational standards, including merchandising, security, and compliance with cannabis retail legislation.
Candidates must have 1-3 years of floor management experience and be at least 19 years old. The role requires the ability to lift 5-30 lbs, a criminal background check, and a Can Sell certification.

As a member of the retail management team, you are accountable for results and achieving sales goals through effective floor management. You are capable of leading an engaged team and coaching in the moment to ensure Educators can provide a high-quality customer experience. You understand what it means to be a brand ambassador for Tokyo Smoke inside and outside of our stores.
Successful candidates will receive additional training to perform Key Holder responsibilities, including opening and closing the store. Employees are eligible for the Key Holder hourly premium for any shifts in which they are scheduled to complete these duties.
