The Lead Technician serves as an internal and external auditor ensuring compliance with quality standards and regulatory mandates. They supervise QC technicians and coordinate with production to resolve quality issues and perform sensory evaluations.
Requires a minimum of 2 years of industry experience with knowledge of GMP, SQF Level 2, and HACCP certification. An associate's degree is preferred along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and lab equipment operation.

Cascade Coffee is one of the largest contract roasting and packaging operations in the United States. Located in Everett, Washington, Cascade has capabilities of producing nearly 50 million pounds of coffee annually. Including 6 state of the art Probat batch roasters, Cascade Coffee has 17 packaging lines which are set up to produce a variety of packages ranging in size of 1oz to various bulk formats while serving retail, single serve cups, canned coffee, food service and club store programs.
