The Finance Manager will partner with global operations and manufacturing leadership to manage cost structures, standard costing, and operational P&L drivers. They are responsible for driving visibility into manufacturing variances, mentoring FP&A talent, and ensuring SOX and accounting policy compliance.
Candidates must have a bachelor's degree in finance or accounting and 5-7+ years of progressive finance experience within operations and manufacturing. Required qualifications include 3+ years of leadership experience and proficiency in Excel and financial visualization tools like Oracle or Hyperion.
