The Site Manager is responsible for overseeing all facility operations, including deliveries, inventory, and systems, while leading a team of Shift Leaders and Driver Partners. They are accountable for driving financial performance and improving key performance indicators to ensure a perfect customer experience.
Candidates need 3+ years of experience leading a blended workforce in fast-paced environments such as retail, grocery, or military. A bachelor's degree is preferred, along with the ability to work fluid schedules including peak hours from 5pm to 3am.
Gopuff is seeking a Site Manager to join the Field Operations team. We are looking for a self-starting and entrepreneurial leader. The Site Manager role is an exciting and fast-paced role within Gopuff that requires drive, grit, positivity, and enthusiasm for the challenge. In this role, you will lead a local team of Shift Leaders and Field Operations Associates overseeing the facility’s operations as well as a team of independent Driver Partners.
