The Credit Administrator manages accounts receivable, monitors past-due balances, and ensures timely payment submission. They are also responsible for billing, invoicing, and maintaining accurate customer credit and tax records.
Candidates must have experience in collections or accounts receivable and proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Office. A high school diploma is required, while an associate's degree and experience with Infor ERP are preferred.

Your role and purpose: The Credit Administrator is responsible for ensuring the creation and timely submission of payments to the customers’ accounts. The Credit Administrator will also provide support to internal and external business partners handling escalations and ensuring solutions, helping to meet financial goals by operating within business guidelines, and providing reports to business leaders.
