Continental Office, a Creative Office Resource Company is seeking an Installer to join our Commercial Furniture team in Columbus, OH!

Continental Office offers TOP HOURLY PAY, with a minimum hourly wage of $20/hour and up, based on experience. We also offer a $1,000 Sign-on Bonus paid after 30 days of employment.

What you’ll love to do: Contribute to the exciting new developments and existing projects happening in Columbus through moving and installing furniture solutions in a variety of spaces and facilities.

We are looking for someone with a valid driver’s license and the ability to work in a fast-paced, teamwork driven environment. Installers must also be able to work flexible hours, including over-time, depending on individual client needs.

Responsibilities:

• Operation and off-loading of 26 foot automatic box truck
• Commercial office furniture staging and assembly
• Interacting with customers upon delivery and installation
• Minor repairs and/or touch up as needed
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment

Skills/Qualifications:

• Valid Driver's License and the ability to train on driving a 26 foot box truck is required.
• Current DOT certificate is a plus; willingness to obtain a DOT certificate is required. 
• Knowledge of office furniture experience is desired
• Skilled use of basic tools
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work in a team environment or alone
• Ability to demonstrate reliability and dependability
• Candidate should have excellent organization and problem solving skills with attention to detail
• Must be willing to submit to a background check including drug screening, criminal and driving record checks
