Manages advanced practice staff and program activities within the neonatal department, overseeing patient care and personnel. Serves as a clinical expert to ensure regulatory compliance and optimize healthcare outcomes through evidence-based practice.
Requires a Master of Science degree and current licensure as an APRN or PA in the state of Ohio. Must maintain national certification in the appropriate population foci.
