Experience within consultancy is highly desirable but we are equally interested in people who can demonstrate the commercial, client and delivery skills needed to build a successful advisory practice. Relevant professional qualifications are desirable but not essential, such as Prosci Change Management Certification, APMG Change Management Practitioner or equivalent, MSP Practioner, PRINCE2 Practioner or other programme/project management qualification, CIPD Level 5 or 7 or equivalent people/organisation development qualification. We are looking for someone with energy, judgement and the appetite to make a significant impact.

The Hub was founded in 2020 by Pieter Meulendijk-de Mol and Yasha Vojdani and we have been expanding our team since. We have a track record in driving growth in public and private rail sector organisations and in delivering transformative projects that shape the future of the sector. Our expertise includes commercial, strategic, financial and economic advisory, and since our launch we have delivered projects in the UK, Europe, Australia and across the globe and have advised over 30 public and private sector clients on over 100 projects.
