Permanent | London (Hybrid) | Digitas UKWe are hiring a Lead Product Manager to play a central role in shaping and delivering high-impact digital products for leading brands. This is an opportunity to bring product thinking to life—connecting strategy, design, and technology to create meaningful outcomes for clients and their customers. You’ll work at the heart of multidisciplinary teams, helping define what to build, why it matters, and how it delivers real value. Responsibilities
What you'll be doing:
Lead product strategy and delivery across complex digital products, services, and transformation programmes
Define and champion a clear product vision aligned to user needs, client goals, and commercial outcomes
Own and evolve product roadmaps, ensuring priorities are transparent and focused on measurable impact
Guide teams through discovery, delivery, and optimisation, supporting continuous improvement
Translate business, user, and technical inputs into clear product requirements and delivery plans
Build strong relationships with client stakeholders, enabling confident decision-making and alignment
Support growth opportunities through product storytelling, proposal development, and solution shaping
Qualifications
Skills we're looking for:
Experience leading product initiatives in digital, technology, agency, or client-facing environments
Ability to bring together strategy, user insight, and technical considerations into clear direction
Strong understanding of product lifecycle, from discovery through to delivery and optimisation
Confidence working with multidisciplinary teams and engaging a range of stakeholders
Commercial awareness, with an ability to connect product decisions to business value
Clear communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify complexity
